Smoothie Heaven

Yesterday was great! I ate some seaweed salad from R Thomas Scott picked up on Wednesday as a side to his sandwich. I tried to nibble on it late Wednesday night and couldn't and it took two sittings yesterday to eat one portion. I have been out a lot and tired, so I thought seaweed salad would be a good solid to eat. And it was nice.

The hemp and nutritional yeast smoothie was really amazing! A little hot pepper and some thyme a nice lady at work brought me from her garden made it oh! so good... and I know this will sound weird, but it was very cheesy and so savory! I want to make another one for lunch!

We were out late again last night and having that second fruit smoothie was a good pick me up and deterrent to want to go get a veggie burger after hitting a show then a club!

I have been thinking about mushrooms... they are so soft, I guess I could pop them in the blender and try a smoothie with them... I'll be scoping the aisles at the co-op later to see what else I could liquefy!

Hemp seed salad smoothie: hemp seeds and nutritional yeast blended with juice of carrots, tomato, parsley, celery, spinach, chard, garlic, sprouts, zucchini, spices.
