Today - April 30th, will be the last day I will eat any solid foods for 100 days.
Why?
Over the last 6 years, I have had some crazy health issues... in the last year I have been sick more often than not and the only time I feel amazing is when I am on raw foods.
So, the idea here is to give my body a chance to rest, boost my immune system and hopefully pump up my metabolism and attain a higher level of mental clarity.
What?
I will be drinking all my food; lots of fresh juices - veggies, fruits, some raw smoothies, teas and water. I'll also take some supplements and extracts to help the process along. The idea is to give my body nutrients in an easy form for it to digest so it has an easier time to repair and rejuvenate. I will not be depriving my body; I will take in plenty of calories because otherwise it is a fast - which is not what I am doing. A long fast only helps to shut down your body, making it horde.
